This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how your Personal Information (as defined in Section 1) is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from veestro.com (the “Site”).

By ordering Veestro’s (“we” “us” or “our”) products and using our services, you are consenting to the collection of Personal Information and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will delete this information only to the extent permitted by applicable law, document retention policy, or court order.

Our Site is based in the United States. SECTION 6 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

We, and third party vendors (such as Google), use Cookies to analyze user activity in order to improve the Site. For example, using Cookies we can look at aggregate patterns, like the average number of meal options that users browse. We can use such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and experience for all users, as well as serve ads based on past site activity.

Google Analytics & Interest-Based Online Advertising

SECTION 10 - AGE OF CONSENT

Our websites are general audience sites that are not designed nor intended to collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 18.
