A new article by Lisa Nelson, RD, LN at HealthCentral.com describes how people who dine out frequently (are you one?) are putting themselves at risk of high blood pressure, because restaurant food typically contains high levels of sodium and fat. She cites a study published in the American Journal of Hypertension, which is the first to show a direct connection between dining out and high blood pressure.
